Pricing
We offer sliding scale fees to all accepted residents. Our residency fees cover overhead. This is in lieu of offering partial scholarships to select residents. We are happy to offer payment plans for all accepted residents in tandem with a deliverable.
What are deliverables?
We want our residents to "make their mark" on the space. From custom paintings for the gallery walls to architecture concept design for the loft.
Can you modify the term length?
Typical time frame is 30-90 days but we are flexible with accommodation depending upon the circumstance.
What is the monthly design budget?
In some cases we approve a design budget in advance to help with certain supplies related to the work.
Can I have a roommate?
Yes, you can have an additional roommate. Please include details in the contact us form.
Is it easy to get to San Francisco?
Hop, skip and a jump. (~10 min walk to Ferry to San Francisco ~20 min ferry ride) — 7 blocks from BART (~10min walk). Quick access to all the major highways in the bay area.
